  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

Fees and Payments

  • Pool heat and spa heat are $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Only pool heat is $125/night, and only spa heat is $75/night. 5 days' notice from check-in is required if you wish to add this amenity. This home has an electric pool heater; the desired temperature may not be achieved depending on weather conditions. For more information, refer to the Terms & Conditions.
  • Pets: The listing states a maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, with a $100 fee per pet. However, the property data states a maximum of 99 pets. Please confirm the correct limit before booking.
  • Air Mattresses: 1 complimentary, $50 for 1 additional.
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: Complimentary set provided. For additional equipment, inquire for rental details. This is an add-on and not included in your reservation.
